Thủ tục chuẩn bị nước thiêng tạ Đất và công trình :

Lấy 100 lít nước ngã 3 sông (tam giang thủy):

Sông Bạch hạc ( Phú thọ ] hoặc ngã 3 sông Tuần vường Nam định.

Đun Sôi với:

Lá cây Bồ đề (tại bồ đề đạo tràng ).

Lá hoặc hoa cây Sa La Song Thụ Vô ưu (Ấn độ).

Lá hoặc hoa cây Đa Lan .

Quả của cây Hoa Đại chốn linh thiêng .

Gỗ cây Vang.

Ngũ vị hương.

Trầm hương.

Hoa sen.

3 thứ quan trọng nhất là : Bồ đề và Sa la Ấn độ + Quả Đại. 

Đun lẫn với nhau rồi dội xuống khu đất .

Lấy 5 loại đất của ngã 3 (Ngũ hoàng Thổ) :

1-Ngã 3 thành cổ nhà Mạc (Tuyên Quang) hoặc Hoàng thành Hà

Nội,Thành nam Nam Định. 

2- Ngã 3 sông Bạch Hạc (Việt Trì) hoặc ngã 3 sông Đuống & sông Hồng

Hà nội, ngã 3 Tuần Vường (Đền ngã 3 sông tam phủ Linh Từ) Nam Định.

3- Ngã 3 Đền Hùng (Việt Trì) hoặc Đền 'Trần Nam Định.

4- Ngã 3 Phú Tây Hồ Hà Nội hoặc Phủ Giày Nam Định.

5- Ngã 3 Chợ Đồng xuân (Hà Nội) Hơặc chợ Rồng Nam Định.

Mang về luyện thành Thần Quy (Rùa thần).

Mua 1 gói Yểm tậm Tượng (Vàng Bạc, Mã não, Ngọc trai, San hô)

Yểm vào CỤ Rùa

Nhờ thầy Pháp Sư Khai Quang điểm Nhãn ( lục thức khai thông )

Có điều kiện thì lấy thêm đất Tứ linh:

Lumbini Nơi Phật giáng sinh

Bodgaya Nơi Đức Phật thành đạo

Sarnth Nơi Phật chuyển pháp luân

Kushinaga Nơi Phật nhập niết bàn 

Luyện 5 cụ Thần Quy đặt 4 góc khu đất và ở giữa khu đất .

Dùng 07 loại Thạch anh 07 màu đã trì chú .

Lấy 5 loại Đỗ (hạt đậu) năm màu:

Trắng đỏ, đen, vàng , xanh. Mỗi loại 1 nhúm nhỏ, trộn với đất phù sa của ngã 3 sông gieo lên lưng Thần Quy.

2 - The conflux of Bạch Hạc river (Phú Thọ province), or Đuống river and Red River (Hà Nội), or Tuần Vường (Nam định province)

3 - The crossroad at Hùng Temple or Trần Temple (Nam Định province)

4 - The crossroad at West Lake Temple (Hà Nội) or Giày Temple (Nam Định)

5 - The crossroad at Đồng Xuân Market (Hà Nội) or Dragon Market (Nam Định)

Buy 1 pack of jewels which is often used enchant the heart of statues (silver, gold, pearl, coral and agate) and put it into Tortoise God

Ask a Master to "open sight" for Tortoise God

If possible, take the earth from 4 sacred places:

Lumbini where the Buddha was born

Bodgaya where the Buddha was enlightend

Sarnth where the Buddha turned the wheels

Kushinage where the Buddha entered nirvana

Places 5 Tortoise Gods at 4 corners of the land and in the middle of it.

Mix 5 types of beans into 1 a ziplock bag with alluvial soil at the conflux.

Put the mixture on the back of Tortoise God with 7 kinds of quartz which have been enchanted.
